Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I register for course or apply for LCR?

You will need to register an account with us before you can start registering for courses. If you do not have an existing account, please sign up/register for an account to register for course. You may download the instructions for signup of accounts here. LCR registrants have to register for a corporate account to submit your LCR applications.

2. I have an existing account. How do I register for a course?

1. Go to website https://axis.cuge.com.sg/WebApp/Security/Login.aspx
2. Select your account – Individual or Corporate
3. Enter your username and password
4. Click 'Login'.

For Individual account users, please continue from step 5 onwards.
For Corporate account users, please continue from step 16 onwards.

After you logged in, for Individual account users:
5. Select Unit Type
6. Select Programme Type
7. Indicate if you are sponsored by company
8. Selected the preferred programme name
9. Optional: Enter the Unit code and/or Unit name
10. Click 'Search'
11. Tick the course(s) you want to select
12. Click 'add to cart'
13. Click 'Continue' (If you choose the wrong module, please click 'Re-select')
14. Read through the terms and conditions and tick 'I agree with the Terms and Conditions'.
15. Select 'Proceed to ePayment'. You will be guided to the eNETS page for online payment. You will receive an acknowledgement email after registration and payment of course. Our course manager will contact you nearer to the course date.

After you logged in, for Corporate account users/LCR applicants:
16. Select Unit Type
17. Select Programme Type
18. Indicate if you are sponsored by company
19. Selected the preferred programme name
20. Optional: Enter the Unit code and/or Unit name
21. Click 'Search'
22. Tick the course(s) you want to select
23. Click 'Include Trainee'. (Refer to Q to learn how to include trainee)
24. Tick the trainee(s) you want to select
25. Click 'Add to cart'.
26. Click 'Continue' (If you choose the wrong module, please click 'Re-select')
27. Read through the terms and conditions and tick 'I agree with the Terms and Conditions'.
28. Select 'Proceed to ePayment'. You will be guided to the eNETS page for online payment. You will receive an acknowledgement email after registration and payment of course. Our course manager will contact you nearer to the course date.

3. How do I include trainees? (For corporate account users)
1. Select 'Manage Trainee' from the row of tabs at the top of the page.
2. Click 'Add'
3. Fill in all sections of the form.
4. Click 'Save'.

4. How do I know what course I should go for?
Our programmes are designed to cater to the different needs of the professionals and landscape practitioners. You can find out more about our programmes under our Training Programmes. You can also contact us at ask_cuge@nparks.gov.sg for more information. 

5. Modes of payment
1. Online payment – you can register for our courses and pay online.
2. Cheque – You may register for our courses online and send us a cheque. Please contact the respective course coordinators for more information on cheque payment.
Please pay to: NATIONAL PARKS BOARD
Please indicate the trainee(s) name, contact number, course(s) to be paid for at the back of the cheque for identification purposes.
3. NETS – You may come down to our office for NETS payment. Please note that NETS payment is strictly by appointment only. Please make an appointment with the respective coordinators before coming down to the office.

6. How do I check if my payment has been successful?
You can check on the status of your payment with the steps below:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select 'Payment History' from the row of tabs at the top of the page.
3. Fill in the search criteria
4. Click 'Transaction Search'.
5. You can view your payment status.

7. What do I do if my online payment is not successful?
You can retry your payment with the steps below:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select 'Payment History' from the row of tabs at the top of the page.
3. Fill in the search criteria
4. Click 'Transaction Search'.
5. At the column 'Option', Click 'Payment Retry'.
6. You may proceed to retry your payment.
