Who Can Register?
NParks Landscape e-Services plays to role to bona-fide the applicant company to be a genuine active Landscape company. Landscape companies that primarily provide Landscape implementation, Landscape care and maintenance services, Landscape nursery, etc can apply to register. To qualify, the company must provide sufficient proof of active landscape business activities as being core business activity of the company (above 55% of sale turnover earnings in Landscape activities).

Why the Need to Register?
MOM requires companies applying for MOM's WPH Landscape Scheme to be a registered Landscape Company administered by the National Parks Board (NParks). NParks Registered Landscape Companies would qualify for MOM's WPH Landscape scheme and will allow MOM to process their applications accordingly.

What is Admin Charge (Non-Refundable) for?
The Admin Charge is for processing of registration including verification of documents submitted, conducting verification checks through interviews and company visits. The payment of Admin Charge is non-refundable and does not constitute as a registration.

What Information is required?
The information required for registration submission is provided in the Registration Forms. All information submitted is for the purpose of verification and will be kept strictly commercial-in-confidence. No submitted documents would be return and will be kept until such time deem not needed at the discretion of NParks.

Why the Need for Annual Renewal of Registration of Landscape Companies?
Annual renewal of registration is to ensure that the companies obligate that they continue to be landscape companies. The annual renewal date of the registry is 1st July annually; this date coincides with the effective introduction date of the "WPH Landscape Scheme" by Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
