REGISTRATION OF LANDSCAPE REGISTRY JUNE 2012 TO JUNE 2013
Companies who are renewing their 2011/2012 Registry status should do so from 1st June 2012. The renewal period is from 1st June 2012 to July 2012. The renewal fees is S$ 250.00. After July, the admin fees will revert to $ 350.00
The new system is named as AXIS and your company representative can access the system from the CUGE Website.
Dear Landscape Register Companies.
Please note that your current Landscape Register status will expire on 30 June 2012.
If your company require new work permits or renew existing permits, please to make the necessary application in the months June & August 2012. ( Admin fees during this period will be S0; after this period any company making a submission will be considered a new application and hence subjected to the S0 admin fee)
For Companies which made recent submissions in the past 6 months, if you intend to maintain your Register status, please submit updated documents with the duly signed application.
Documents required will be:
i. ACRA Company Printout
ii. Past year's auditted financial statements/ Profit or loss statement
iii. IRAS Notice of Assessment and Form B/Form C/Form P ( which is applicable)
iv. Summary sheet of contracts, name of clients and value of projects ( Use Annex 1).Do include copies of contract, certificate of Completion.
v. Summary profile of employees in company & submit latest company CPF statements ( past 3 months).
As there will be a System migration to new online application, more information will be provided in due course.

NParks Landscape e-Services will gradually move towards n fully electronic platform. With effect from May 2011, payment for NParks Landscape Company Registration shall be made online via the CUGE website using credit card / E-nets payment at the point of registration. Other forms of payment will no longer be accepted.

NParks Landscape e-Services will gradually move towards an electronic platform. All future correspondences, circulars or updates will be disseminated through emails. As such, all registered NParks Landscape companies (including new applicants) are required to have a valid email address with immediate effect.
With effect from 1 July 2007, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has implemented a new Work Permit Holders (WPH) scheme for Landscape Companies. MOM requires companies applying for WPH Landscape Scheme to be a registered Landscape Company administered by the National Parks Board (NParks).
