	Contestant is required to design a Master Plan with reference to Green Mark for Parks Design and Development guideline. The entries will be judged based on Horticultural & Ecosystem, Design & Welcoming Objective. The competition is open to full time students enrolled in Landscape Architecture & Horticulture in Landscape Management programs from the following local varsities (Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, NUS (both Landscape and architecture programme) and BCA Academy.

	Contestant is required to design a Master Plan with reference to Green Mark for Parks Design and Development guideline and the judging criteria of design is based o the following: Horticultural & Ecosystem Objective: Design Objective Welcoming Objective
