The Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience (SPUR) is a national effort to respond to the current bad economic times.  It is launched by the Tri-Partite Agencies, including WDA, NTUC and SNEF.  It is a comprehensive programme to help Employers and the Workforce to achieve skills upgrading and certification, with generous subsidies from the government.  

CUGE is the National CET Institute for the Landscape Industry.  CUGE has a range of SPUR programmes to help the Employers and Workforce in the Landscape Industry.  For easy reference, you can access HERE to better review the SPUR benefits, in participating in CUGE programmes.
