The WSQ is developed based on adult learning principles and adopts a training and certification approach of job competencies. This will enable training and certification relevant for the job.

The WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision (Landscape Design and Construction) is specially designed for Landscape Supervisors in the field of Landscape design and construction sector, existing practitioners and those who aspire for mid-career switches into the landscape design and construction sector of the Landscape industry. It provides opportunities to perform work more related to garden design through residential-scale studies and involving detailed horticultural expertise.
